Bluechip will only accept DOA claims
within 7 days of the end user/distributor/resellers invoice date,
a copy of this invoice must accompany the Bluechip RA Application.
We will only process DOAs that have ALL the original accessories
included in the box. Units that come back without ALL the accessories
will not be processed. It will be the reseller’s responsibility
to make sure that everything is returned to Bleuchip IT or FPCA.
