1. You are solely responsible for managing your company's account (Herein later referred to as your "Web Account") on the Bluechip IT website. This includes managing user logins associated with your Web Account.

2. You will be initially be provided with one administrative user login for your Web Account. You are responsible for nominating a person (herein later referred to as "Your Administrator") to use the administrative user login for your Web Account.

3. Your Administrator is responsible for managing access by authorized persons to your Web Account. This includes creating, deleting and/or modifying user logins associated with your Web Account and reviewing the user logins associated with your Web Account and their access rights on a regular basis. Only Your Administrator is authorised to manage user logins to your Web Account.

4. Bluechip Infotech Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for managing user logins associated with your Web Account.

5. Bluechip Infotech Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for unauthorised use of, or access to, the Bluechip IT website or unauthorised distribution of information taken from the Bluechip IT website, including your Web Account, by persons to whom Your Administrator has granted access rights to the Bluechip IT website. You fully indemnify and keep indemnified Bluechip Infotech Pty Ltd against all claims that you or any other party may have in connection with, or as a result of, any such unauthorised access or use.
